Well this here is Chloe. She is certainly a rather complex person and she's definitely not exactly what meets the eye when you first look at her. You've got to dig deeper to find the real Cleo.
Chloe is more of the quiet, watch and see type rather than loud and flamboyant. She is much more comfortable taking a step back and observing those around her, constantly assessing the situation going on around her. She isn't really shy, just more reserved. If she is comfortable around you that's when she really starts to open up and her quirky personality comes through.
And she definitely likes to be silly and goofy. She's the type of girl who will do the most random and stupid shit just because it's funny. She can be a little weird from time to time. Not creepy weird, just a little out there. As an artist though that's come to be expected and Chloe happily embraces it. As far as her art is concerned painting and photography are pretty much her life. Chloe could happily spend the length of the day holed up in her studio with her music blasting and a paint brush in her hand or out on the lake taking pictures of the gorgeous landscape. Her art work is what centers her when everything around her is falling apart. The core of who she is.
Chloe isn't without her flaws though. She has a pretty weak will when it comes to temptation and has a hard time saying no to people. She tries her hardest to make everyone happy and feels like a failure if she can't do that. If and when that happens Chloe tends to withdraw into herself and push people away, afraid of getting hurt.
She is also dealing with an ongoing battle with low self-esteem. Chloe's always been a little different, often lost in her own world, daydreaming. It's not uncommon for her to miss long stretches of what people are saying to her because she's thinking about something else or creating different stories in her head or she's got an idea for a painting that she's so focused on getting out she can't think about anything else. Being teased a lot while she was younger coupled with issues of abuse from her ex-boyfriend have resulted in her low self-esteem. More often than not Chloe retreats into herself as a coping mechanism. She's far more comfortable in her own world than reality.

Loyalty is one of Chloe's most admirable traits. When it comes to her friends she will do anything for them, no matter what. As a reserved person she isn't really the social butterfly so she only has a couple close friends who she trusts with her deepest thoughts and secrets, the people she turns to when she needs their support the most. And she is there for those select few through thick and thin.
Though she is always open to new possibilities and experiences and likes making new friends. She is a great listener which makes her easy to talk to and people often trust her with their problems. Even though she is probably one of the last people to be giving anyone advice. Chloe will still offer whatever support she can though whenever possible. She has a good number of casual friends she hangs out with around town and at parties.

You could say Chloe's love life is a bit complicated at the moment. While she and her sister began developing relationships they started spending less and less time together. When Chloe was seventeen she broke up with her high school sweetheart of three years who had started being verbally abusive toward her and was really bringing down her self-esteem. It was a rough break up for her with lots of harsh words and arguments that did nothing to help her feel better about herself. During this time the only person Chloe felt she could confide in was her longtime friend and sister's boyfriend. He was the only thing that really helped her get through her breakup with her ex.
Now they had been friends before he and her sister had started dating and remained so after. It started with him taking her out to get a cup of coffee and walking along the beach so she could have the chance to clear her head of all the shit that was going on between Chloe and her ex. As sad as it may be, it was the first real show of kindness from a man that Chloe had experienced in a long time and she clung to it. They started hanging out more and more. Going to get lunch, hanging out at parties while her sister was off doing other things, those sorts of things.
Eventually there was one night where Chloe's ex was being an asshole to her and she couldn't handle it. She called her sister's boyfriend to meet her at the beach, the place that was theirs, where she could think, so they could talk. And one thing led to another and they ended up sleeping together. Both of them felt incredibly guilty about what had happened but it didn't change the fact that they had developed feelings for each other.
Now it's a year later and they are still at a stalemate. Neither one of them want to hurt Ashley, who has no idea about what happened, but each of them are pining for the other. They are in love and want to be together but don't know how to make it work. So they wait in pain and silence, secretly hoping it will happen again.
So while her heart currently belongs to someone else Chloe remains single. And that's not to say that she couldn't be tempted to explore other possibilities or a fling. The guy would just have to be pretty persuasive.

As far as enemies are concerned Chloe isn't really the type to have very many. That being said though it's impossible not to piss some people off or get under people's skin so she's bound to have a few. That's what makes life interesting anyway, isn't it?

Meet miss Allison Nicole Preston. She's a handful this one. Allie is just one of those people that everyone can get along with. She is easy going and can manage to find something interesting and unique in everyone. She is honestly and truly interested in people. She is easy to talk to and a great listener. Although she's grown up in a very privileged life style she isn't the snob stereotype that is associated with money. She is very down to earth and has no problem "roughing" it with the lower class townies, although she has to avoid them most of the time to maintain the expectations of her family and friends.
Except Allie's life hasn't been all roses and sunshine. There are secrets hiding beneath the surface that would shock some of her elite friends. She has had everything she could ever want in life but has self-esteem so low she uses sex to fill a void within herself. Deep down there is a part of her that is broken and she doesn't know how to fix it and is using sex as a makeshift problem solver. Which majorly contributed to how she ended up seducing her step-father into sleeping with her.
Her favorite time of year is summers when she can be carefree and crazy, laying out on the beach and lake during the day and partying it up with her friends at night. Allie loves adventures and takes each day for everything its worth. It's never a dull moment with her around. It's a chance to get away from her messed up home life that her family covers up by presenting a perfect little family front.
Her transition to Lipton isn't without its hardships, however. As someone who was used to being admired and envied by many of her peers it was a real wake up call for Allie to realize that no matter how down to earth she was, she did have certain social expectations of how she should be treated by those around her. Basically being exiled to an outcast for the majority of the year did nothing to help her deep-seeded self-esteem issues. In some ways moving here helped her a bit by feeling a tad more comfortable in her own skin and who she is but it also made her withdraw into herself more. A very open person, Allie became more reserved when she made the move to Lipton. Still fun and playful but much less open. She is very distrustful of people and doesn't open up to many. Only a few close people know who Allie really is, deep down.

Allie is someone who would have a lot of friends, people that know her and want to be friends with her because she is exciting and likes to have a good time and because she is very wealthy. Everyone likes Allie for the most part. She is definitely a social butterfly if you will. Although Allie is single she already has a possible final that is certainly going to complicate things for her love life. Now since Allie has such a strong personality she is certain to make a few enemies along the way. She's not afraid to get in someone's face or to defend herself. Her family is very wealthy so that could rub some people the wrong way too, though she tries not to flaunt her money too much. Mostly people just assume she's a spoiled brat and she lets them think what she wants.

Where oh where to start. Calleigh Rose LeBlanc has many different aspects to her personality, some that would normally seem to fight each other. Like the fact that she is dying to fall in love and is constantly wishing to find that one special person for her, yet she is extremely protective of her heart and only certain people she explicitly trusts are allowed to get close enough to see what is truly in her heart. Or, that she is a confident person on the outside, but secretly fears that she is not good enough and will be nothing but a disappointment.
However, it is this that makes her the crazy girl that everyone loves. Calleigh is funny and loves being the life of the party. And be there is no doubt that if there is a party, Calleigh will surely be there. She is always up for a good time and loves to try new things and experiences. Creating new memories is one of her favorite past times. A major goal in Calleigh's life is to live life to its fullest potential and to never waste an opportunity. She has worked to do just that, and the result has made her a quirky and lovable girl.
That's not to say that Calleigh doesn't have her fair share of secrets lurking beneath the surface. When she was only sixteen years old she found herself pregnant. And although she was willing to raise her baby, along with the father, she suffered a miscarriage. The beginning of a downward spiral of depression that she has struggled for years to over come. Her move to Lipton for college was largely because she needed to get away from bad memories. Wanted to start fresh. The experiences that Calleigh has been through have made her grateful for every single day and she never takes anything for granted.

Calleigh is an extremely loyal person. If there is a friend who is in trouble or one that just needs to vent and let off steam she is the first one there for them. If someone needs advice she will listen and do her best to help them. When it comes to her friends there is nothing that Calleigh won't do for them. However, if she gets burned or someone does something to hurt her she won't forget it. Calleigh isn't big on second chances, so if someone doesn't want to lose her then they best think before they screw her over.
I would love to have Calleigh to have lots of friends, with a couple of people that she is really close to, ones that she knows she could trust with her secrets if she decided to share them.

Unfortunately, for you fellas Calleigh is taken. She's been dating Gavin Tate Henley for the last three years and they have recently taken a trip to Vegas... And now they have found themselves married and not quite sure what to do about it. Although no one knows about their little secret and it will most likely stay that way for the foreseeable future. She might have a few exes, that she dated before she hooked up with Gavin but she just arrived in Lipton for college a few years ago.
