Beach Vacation {Cal}

Gavin walked up on to the beach out of the water where the love of his life and his new wife was laying out in the sun. He was in the best place of his life at this point and finally being able to kiss and call Cal his wife without people getting suspisous about them and what they actually where. Gavn made his way to the chair beside Cal sitting down beside her closing his eyes and letting the sun hit his legs as the umbrella shaded his eyes along with his sunglasses. He looked over smiling at Cal reaching his hand out and taking hers squeezing it softly.

He was so happy that they were both finally done with school for the summer and they could get away from everyone and not have any worries. The two of them had left only three days after her last final and flew straight to florida and then made their way to Boca Raton where the only think that had done for the past couple of days was sit around on the beach kissing or next to the pool relaxing and being a cute new married couple.

'' I'm so glad we got to come out here and be together without anyone seeing us its nice to finally be able to be ourselves without worrying.'' Gavin leaned back over giving Cal a soft kiss on the lips getting the sweet tast of her lips and letting a big smile come over his face the kiss was nice but he couldn't wait until latter when he could finally have more of her. Gavin pulled away pushing a peace of hair out of her face smilling at her before laying back in his chair.

" I think after we go to dinner tonight we should forget about going out and just go back to the beach house and cuddle.'' Gavin made small patterns on her hand with his thumb as he waitied for her answer he knew more then likely it was a yes but Cal was a tease and as much as he liked it being easy sometimes he liked her to tease him. " I think us going back to the hotel will be a lot better then going out and i think we will both have a great time.''

Calleigh marked her place in the book that she was reading and set it aside onto the top of her bag as she laid back to soak up the sunshine. It felt amazing to finally be on summer vacation and be away at the beach with the love of her life. They had really needed the time to get away, particularly after they'd gotten back from their trip to Vegas and things had started to turn a little weird. Calleigh was hoping that their couple of weeks in Florida would allow her and Gavin the time to start feeling more like their normal selves and would give them a chance to figure out exactly what it meant to be husband and wife. They didn't have to hide the change in their relationship here. If they introduced each other to people as her husband or his wife no one was going to bat and eyelash. Unlike in Lipton where they would have been the talk of the whole town. Here they could just been them.

The sun was baking on her face and over her body but Calleigh loved every second of it as Gavin played in the water. They had only been in Florida for a few days be she'd already started to develop a nice tan. By the time they went home she would be a lovely golden brown and Cal was rather excited about. She loved summer! It was her favorite time of year and instantly served to make her feel happier about life. She couldn't believe that she and Gav had met nearly three years ago. Their anniversary was coming up in a couple weeks. Well the anniversary of when they had started dating... Calleigh supposed that they had a new anniversary now which was still really weird to think about.

Before the thought could so much as cross her mind though Calleigh felt water droplets fall on her nose as Gavin sat down next to her, returning from the ocean. "Hey! You're dripping on me!" she exclaimed before his lips were on hers in a sweet kiss, pretending to be more perturbed that she actually was. Lifting up her sunglasses Calleigh grinned at Gavin as he pulled away from their kiss. That was certainly one way to distract her. "Yes, it is." she replied with a smile, her fingers automatically playing with the ring that she now wore on her left ring finger since no one they knew was even remotely close to them. Here she could wear it as it was intended, not around her neck, hidden from view. The weight of it still surprised her and Cal wasn't exactly sure how she felt about it yet.

She saw right past his suggestion that they should go straight back to their beach house after dinner tonight. In Gavin speak he really just wanted to go home and cuddle which would ultimately lead to them making love, probably on the couch in the living room or on the floor in front of the fire place. And as appealing as that was to Calleigh she'd been looking forward to walking around the boardwalk and getting a feel for the night life here. Gavin was just going to have to wait for his dessert. She grinned mischievously at him. "Do you now? Well i'm sure that we would have a great time just going back to the house but I really wanted to walk around tonight. See what all is going on."

Calleigh lifted her hand to draw circles around Gavin's lovely exposed chest that was still glistening from the water. Smiling up at him she lifted her head for a kiss. Their lips meeting in a slow kiss that lasted long enough to have her tingling. "I'll make it worth your while when we finally do get home." she teased, although she was completely serious. It was amazing how much desire she had in her for Gavin. That at least, was something she knew would never fade, no matter how long they were together. Although she had been having doubts about Gavin's feelings in return. Ever since they'd returned from Las Vegas she'd felt him pulling away. Calleigh couldn't tell if it was her imagination or not. And she was terrified that she wasn't imagining it. "What do you say?" she asked with a grin, her sunglasses resting on top of her head so he could see the twinkle in her eyes.

Gavin laid back in his chair letting the sun dry his body he had been out in the water for hours doing nothing but thinking and for a short period of time he had played with another persons dog that had been on the beach. He had a lot of time to think about all that was going on and he couldn’t help but come to the conclusion that he was the happiest he had ever been in his life and not just because he was away from Lipton. Gavin was happy because he could finally tell people that Cal was his wife and he didn’t have to worry about them being shocked or asking a lot of questions. The people took it with a grain of salt told them they were cute together and went about the business.

People in lipton would have been shocked to hear that the two of them where married and it would spread like a wild fire if they told them how it really happened. A little chapel in vages with another newly married couple as there witnesses didn't come across as something the two of them would do, and most of the time that wasn’t but they both loved each other and wanted to be with each other so they weren’t going to look back on there actions they would make it work and when others where ready they would tell people. First people they would have to tell would be his parents but it would all come with time.

Gavin smiled when Calleigh finally kissed back felting into her touch as she drew lines on his chest this girl had him wrapped around her finger more everyday and he loved the fact that kissing her never got old. He knew that he would be with her forever and he loved her more then life its self he was never going to let this girl leave him he would fight tooth and nail he just hoped that Cal understood how he felt about her. " I just wish we didn't have to worry at all... I wish we could go back home and just be open.. Tell them we got married here in Florida...''

Gavin kissed Cal On the nose and smiled this was really the best idea he had came up with yet as much as his parents wouldn't like that idea they could get over it though they wanted the two of them to be a couple and being married in Florida on the beach just the two of them would come across a lot better then we got married drunk in Vages Gavin smiled as he heard Cal talk about how she wanted to go out on the boardwalk and see the town he knew it would be a hard sale to get her to stay in the hotel again tonight but he had to at least try. ” I guess we can go out and walk around see the night life I mean we have gone straight back to the hotel the past three night so I say dinner and then we walk to boardwalk and go to a club...”

Gavin was not much for dancing or loud clubs but he knew cal liked to dance so he could manage to go to at least one every now and again because he knew good and well that Calleigh put up with a lot of stuff for him like sports and him always joking around. ” I say that you better make it worth my time if I go to a club I mean them might mean us staying in late tomorrow morning.'' Gavin smiled at Cal laughing he knew she was going to make it worth his while be just being with her was worth all the trouble of going to a club and watching guys try to hit on her, and he would put up with it anytime because he knew she was coming home with him and no one else.
